Biotech LifeWatch withdraws IPO

LifeWatch, which provides cardiac monitoring devices and services to physicians across the U.S., withdrew its IPO in a filing with the SEC on Friday. Cowen & Company, Jefferies & Company and Piper Jaffray were set to be the lead underwriters on the deal. No terms had been announced.
