Castle Brands, which is an emerging marketer of premium branded spirits, priced its 3.5 million share offering at $9, the midpoint of its proposed $8 to $10 price range, on Wednesday night. Oppenheimer & Co. was the lead underwriter on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the AMEX under the ticker ROX on Thursday.
