GHL Acquisition, a SPAC with a management team from investment banking firm Greenhill Capital Partners, priced its 40 million unit offering at the expected $10 on Thursday. The units are expected to begin trading on the AMEX today under the ticker GHQ.U. Banc of America was the lead underwriter on the deal.
