Real Goods Solar, a leading residential solar energy systems integrator, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Thursday. The company, which booked $33 million in revenue in 2007, will apply to have its shares listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker RSOL. ThinkEquity Partners is the lead underwriter on the deal. No terms were announced in the initial filing.
