Overture Acquisition, a SPAC sponsored by John F.W. Hunt, priced its 15 million unit offering at the expected $10 on Wednesday. The units are expected to begin trading Thursday on the AMEX under the ticker NLX.U. J.P. Morgan and Lazard were the lead underwriters on the deal. Mr. Hunt is founder or co-founder of six different companies including Oriel LLC and The Seattle Coffee Company.
