Blank check company North Asia Investment Corporation files for an IPO

North Asia Investment Corporation, a newly formed blank check company intending to focus on businesses with principal operations in Asia, with particular emphasis on South Korea and China, filed for an IPO with the SEC on Friday. The company plans to offer 10 million units at an expected price of $10 per unit. Citi is the sole book runner on the deal.
