Entropic Communications, a fabless designer of chips that enable connected home entertainment, priced its 8 million share offering at $6, the low end of the revised $6-$8 range, Thursday evening. The company had originally planned to sell 10 million shares at a price between $9 and $11. Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers were the bookrunners on the deal.
