Advertising company VisionChina Media prices below range

VisionChina Media, an operator of a mass transit digital advertising network in China, priced 13.5 million ADSs at $8, below the proposed range of $9.50 to $11.50. Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch were the joint book runners on the deal. The stock is expected to start trading Thursday on the NASDAQ under the symbol "VISN".
