Quest Energy Partners, which exploits and develops oil and natural gas properties, priced its initial public offering of 9.1 million units at $18, below its proposed $19 to $21 range, on Thursday night. The 9.1 million units sold were higher than the 8.8 million originally filed. Wachovia Securities and RBC Capital Markets were joint book runners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker QELP on Friday.
