Chimera Investment Corp., which invests in residential mortgage loans, residential mortgage-backed securities, real estate-related securities and various other asset classes, plans to offer 33.3 million shares at a price of $15. Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are the joint lead managers on the deal.
