Deltek, a provider of enterprise applications software to project-focused firms, priced its offering of 9 million shares at $18, the mid-point of its proposed $17-$19 range. Credit Suisse lead managed the offering, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "PROJ" on Thursday.
