Ulta, a retailer of beauty products and provider of salon services with 231 stores, priced its 8.5 million share offering at $18, the high end of the revised $17-$18 range and 20% above the midpoint of the original $14-$16 range, Wednesday evening. JPMorgan and Wachovia were the bookrunners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "ULTA" on Thursday.
