SciPlay, Scientific Games' social gaming unit offering casino-style mobile games, raised $352 million by offering 22 million shares at $16, the high end of the range of $14 to $16. SciPlay plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SCPL. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Macquarie Capital and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
