Ensign Group, which provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services through 60 skilled nursing facilities in 6 states, cut its expected range Friday in a filing with the SEC. The company now plans to offer 4 million shares at a range of $18 to $20 per share, a 9.5% discount from the proposed $20 to $22 range. D.A. Davidson and Stifel Nicolaus are the joint book runners on the deal.
