Och-Ziff Capital Management , an alternative asset manager with $26.8 billion under management for over 700 fund investors, set the terms for its IPO on Friday. The New York-based firm plans to offer 36 million shares at a range of $30-$33 per share, giving it a proposed market cap of $11.5 billion. Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers are the joint book runners on the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
