Vanguard Natural Resources, a natural gas and oil company focused on acquisition, development, and exploitation of mature properties, revised its range and shares offered in a filing with the SEC Thursday. The company now plans to offer 5.3 million shares at a range of $19 to $21 per share. They had originally filed to offer 5 million shares at a price range of $22 to $24 per share. Citi is the lead manager on the deal.
