Cypress Sharpridge Investments, which is focused on agency residential mortgage-backed securities and subordinated tranches of asset-backed securities, filed terms Friday with the SEC for its upcoming IPO. The company plans to offer 18 million shares at a price range of $7 to $8 per share. Bear Stearns, UBS, and Friedman Billings Ramsey are the joint book runners on the deal.
