Ensign Group, which provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services in CA, AZ, TX, WA, UT, and ID, filed terms with the SEC on Friday. The company plans to offer 4 million shares at a price range of $20 to $22 per share. D.A. Davidson and Stifel Nicolaus are underwriting the deal.
