Duff & Phelps, which provides independent financial advisory and investment banking services, priced its 8.3 million share initial public offering at $16, below its proposed $16.50 to $18.50 range, on Thursday night. Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank were joint book runners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker DUF on Friday.
