Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, a retailer of salon products and services, filed terms with the SEC Thursday for its upcoming IPO. The firm plans to offer 8.5 million shares, including 881,000 from selling shareholders, at a price range of $14 to $16 per share. JP Morgan and Wachovia are the joint book runners on the deal.
