Oil and natural gas producer Exco Partners LP files for an IPO

Exco Partners, which acquires, exploits and develops oil and natural gas properties, filed for an IPO Thursday with the SEC. The company plans to offer 75 million units, but did not specify a price range in its initial filing. The firm plans to list its units on the NYSE under the ticker "XP." Goldman Sachs, Citi, and UBS are the joint book runners on the deal.
