Cardtronics, which owns and operates 12,000 automated teller machines (ATMs) throughout the United States, filed for an IPO Friday with the SEC. The company had originally filed for an IPO in early 2004, but withdrew its filing a year later citing market conditions. The company expects to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker "CATM." Deutsche Bank, William Blair, and Banc of America are the joint book runners on the deal.
