Lexington Strategic Asset elects not to proceed with IPO

Lexington Strategic Asset, a real estate operating company focused on non-traditional real estate sectors, decided not to proceed with its IPO Wednesday citing market conditions. The company originally filed in August 2006, and was expected to be listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker "LSAC." Friedman Billings was the lead manager on the deal.
