Orion Energy Systems, which designs, manufactures and implements energy management systems, filed for an IPO Monday with the SEC. The company filed to be listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker "OESX." Thomas Weisel is the lead manager on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
