DemandTec, which provides on-demand pricing optimization software to large retailers, priced 6 million shares at $11 per share, at the midpoint of the proposed $10 to $12 range. Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse were the lead managers on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading this morning on the NASDAQ under the ticker "DMAN."
