Limco-Piedmont, which provides maintenance, repair and parts supply services to the aerospace industry, priced at $11 per share, above the midpoint of the $9.50 to $11.50 proposed range, Thursday morning. The company sold 4.4 million shares, a 10% increase from what was originally stated. Oppenheimer and Stifel Nicolaus were co-managers on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading later today on the Nasdaq exchange with the ticker "LIMC."
