The company had originally planned to sell 3.2 million shares at a price between $22 and $24 before lowering the range and the shares offered in an amended S-1. Sandler O'Neill and Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett were the underwriters. The stock is already traded on the OTC boards under the ticker "SSBX.OB," and it is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "SSBX" on Wednesday.
