Concho Resources, an oil and natural gas company with operations in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas, announced the terms of its IPO on Thursday. The company plans to offer 21.2 million shares, including 7.9 million from selling shareholders, at a price between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. JPMorgan and Banc of America are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
