ShoreTel prices at $9.50 after delay

July 3, 2007

ShoreTel, a provider of IP telecommunications systems for enterprises, announced the pricing of its IPO on Tuesday. Pricing had originally been announced on June 27 at $10.50 per share, but the offering was then delayed after competitor Mitel sued the company for patent infringement. The company has now announced that it has priced its 7.9 million shares at $9.50 each, the midpoint of the original range. The shares began trading today on the NASDAQ under the ticker "SHOR."
