In a sign of strong demand, Spectra Energy Partners, a midstream natural gas master limited partnership, priced its 10.0 million unit offering at $22, above its proposed $19 to $21 range. Citi, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch headed the list of underwriters on the deal. Expect the unit to begin trading on the NYSE today under the symbol "SEP."
