AuthenTec, a fabless designer of fingerprint authentication sensors for PC and mobile markets, priced its 7.5 million shares at $11, the high end of the $9-$11 range, on Tuesday. Lehman Brothers was the bookrunner. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "AUTH" on Wednesday.
