FBR Capital Markets, a REIT carve-out of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group's capital markets business, priced its 12.0 million share offering at $17, the midpoint of its $16-$18 range. Friedman Billings and Lehman Brothers were the joint book runners on the deal. Expect the stock to begin trading on the NASDAQ today under the symbol "FBCM."
