Limco-Piedmont, which provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services and parts supply services to the aerospace industry, filed an amended S-1 form with the SEC on Monday. The company plans to offer 4 million shares at a price range of $9.50-$11.50. If priced at the midpoint of the range, Limco-Piedmont's market cap would reach $131 million. Oppenheimer and Stifel Nicolaus are underwriting the deal.
