Greenlight Capital Re, a provider of property and casualty reinsurance that invests its assets in equity, priced its 10.25 million shares at $19, 12% above the midpoint of the $16-$18 range originally proposed, Wednesday evening. Lehman Brothers and UBS were the bookrunners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "GLRE" on Thursday.
