In a sign of strong demand, China Sunergy priced its offering of 8.5 million ADRs at $11, above its proposed $8-$10 range. China Sunergy manufactures and sells solar cells to module manufacturers and system integrators primarily in China, Italy, the Netherlands and South Africa. Merrill Lynch was the sole book-running manager for this offering. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "CSUN" on Thursday.
