Clean Energy Fuels, a provider of natural gas and alternative fuel for vehicles, announced the terms of its IPO Friday. The company plans to offer 20 million shares, including 10 million from selling shareholders, at a price between $13.00 and $17.00 per share. The price will be determined by WR Hambrecht's OpenIPO Dutch auction method. WR Hambrecht is the lead manager on the deal.
