Taiwan's M17 Entertainment withdraws $83 million US IPO after postponing in June

M17 Entertainment, a Taiwan-based live music streaming platform and dating app, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday after postponing its $83 million IPO in June.

The Taipei, Taiwan-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $116 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It had planned to list on the NYSE under the symbol YQ. Citi and Deutsche Bank were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
