Cinemark Holdings, which operates 396 movie theaters and 4,488 screens in the U.S. and Latin America, priced its 28 million shares at $19.00 each, the high end of its original $17 to $19 range, on Monday evening. Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch were the bookrunners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on Tuesday under the ticker "CNK."
