Cypress Sharpridge Investments, a REIT focused on agency residential mortgage-backed securities and subordinated tranches of asset-backed securities, filed for IPO Thursday. Bear Stearns, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and UBS are bookrunning the deal. Terms have not yet been announced.
