Continental Resources, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company with operations in the Rocky Mountain, Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast regions, announced the terms of its IPO Wednesday. The company plans to offer 29.5 million shares, including 20.7 million from selling shareholders, at a price range of $16.00 to $18.00. JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch are bookrunning the deal.
