Comverge, a provider of power grid capacity reduction and management solutions, priced its initial public offering at $18, a 12.5% premium to the midpoint of its original $15-$17 range. In addition, the number of shares offered was upsized to 5.3 million from 4.7 million and the over-allotment was exercised. Citigroup and Cowen were the lead underwriters on the deal. Expect the stock to begin trading on the NASDAQ today under the symbol "COMV."
