Ocean Power Technologies, which is developing a technology to generate electricity from ocean waves, announced the terms of its IPO Tuesday. The company plans to offer 5 million shares at a price range of $20.00 to $22.00. UBS, Banc of America, and Bear Stearns are bookrunning the deal.
