Capital Product Partners LP, a limited partnership formed to own and charter shipping vessels, priced its initial public offering of 11.75 million units at $21.50, above its proposed $19 to $21 range, on Thursday night. The units sold in the offering came from the parent, Capital Maritime & Trading. Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank were joint book runners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker CPLP on Friday.
