Care Investment Trust, a newly formed REIT managed by CIT Healthcare formed to invest in healthcare-related commercial mortgage debt and real estate, filed for IPO Thursday. Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch are underwriting the deal. Terms have not yet been announced.
