Capital Product Partners, a limited partnership formed to own and charter shipping vessels, filed for IPO Monday. The company's parent and sole unitholder, Capital Maritime & Trading, plans to sell 11.75 million shares at an estimated price range of $19.00 to $21.00. Merrill Lynch and UBS are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
