M17 Entertainment, a Taiwan-based live music streaming platform and dating app, raised $60 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $8, below the range of $10 to $12. M17 Entertainment plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol YQ. Citi and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
