CastlePoint Holdings, a provider of property and casualty insurance as well as reinsurance to small insurance companies, announced the terms of its IPO Wednesday. The company plans to offer 6.1 million shares, including 69.5 thousand from selling shareholders, at a proposed price range of $13.00 to $15.00. Friedman Billing Ramsey is the lead underwriter on the deal.
