FCStone Group, a commodity risk management company that provides risk management consulting services, announced the terms of its IPO Tuesday. The company plans to offer 4,635,000 shares at an expected price range of $21.00 to $24.00. BMO Capital Markets and Banc of America are the lead underwriters on the deal.
