Infinera Corporation, a developer of photonic integrated circuits for use in optical communications networks, filed for an IPO Monday. The underwriters are Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, and Thomas Weisel Partners. Terms have not yet been announced.
