Quadra Realty Trust, a newly organized REIT, priced its IPO at the low end of its range on Wednesday night. The company plans to offer all 16.67 primary shares at $15. Credit Suisse and Wachovia Securities are the joint lead managers on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE Thursday morning under the ticker "QRR".
